Smudge Herb Bundle - Lavender & Sage

Description:  White sage and lavender harvested in a sustainable manner.  White sage and lavender are natural purifiers. They eliminate harmful bacteria from the air and clear negative energy from a room to allow for a calmness of mind and spirit.  A helpful aid in meditation.

Directions: Set good intentions, clear the mind, and deeply connect with the sacred energy of the plants. Allow it to burn for about 30 secs to 1 minute and then blow out. Use a feather to blow the smoke and keep the fire burning. Walk around the space to clear the energy, with prayer and/or heart blessings. Once done, place the herb bundle on a fireproof container and allow to go out.
