IF I SUBSCRIBE TODAY, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST BOX?
One-time Orders are shipped within a week of receiving the order. 6 and 12 Month Subscriptions will be shipped quarterly in early March, June, September, and December.
CAN I CHOOSE PRODUCT OPTIONS FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
Yes & no. You can choose which candle and scent you'd like in your Intention Candle Box and your Aromatherapy Gift Box. The Deluxe Wellness Box and Self-Care Box come with pre-determined products. And the Soap Box and Smudge Bundle Boxes come with a surprise assortment of scents.
CAN I GIVE A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?
Definitely! When placing your order, tick the "This is a gift" box and include the message you'd like included on a gift card.
CAN I PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION BOX WITHOUT HAVING TO SUBSCRIBE?
Yes, you can. All Subscription Boxes are available to purchase on a one-time-only basis.
CAN I PURCHASE THE SUBSCRIPTION BOX PRODUCTS INDIVIDUALLY?
You sure can! Hope over to our Shop and you'll find all the products from our Subscription Boxes plus more available for individual purchase.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you order today, you will be billed right away to reserve your Subscription. After that, your payments will be charged to your credit card every 3 months for the duration of your Subscription. 6-Month Subscribers will make 2 payments; 1-Year Subscribers will make 4 payments.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Subscribers can cancel their Jezebel Apothecary Subscriptions at any time and there is no cancellation fee.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account and clicking "unsubscribe" on your account page. You can also reach out to us via email at JezebelApothecary@gmail.com to unsubscribe or if you have any questions.
HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our products are activated with energetic vibrations using plant magic. All of our products, with the exception of a few complimentary items, are handmade by the Village Soap Factory. We use only earth-friendly, botanical ingredients such as natural herbs, essential oils, clays, and nutrient-rich vegetable oils. All of our products are 100% natural and packaged in recyclable or biodegradable materials.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our handmade Jezebel Apothecary-branded products are made in Ilderton, Ontario, Canada. Other products featured in the boxes (crystals, palo santo, etc.) are sourced from various ethical producers and suppliers.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
All of our products are made using natural organic materials sourced from reputable vendors and are free from synthetic ingredients. We do not use synthetic fragrance oils or colourants, sulfates, phosphates, or parabens. Where possible, we use Certified Organic ingredients.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
Absolutely. We will never test on animals, and we only source ingredients from companies that do not test on animals. We also refuse to use palm oils in our products.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Yes - with the exception of our Buttermilk & Oats soap, and our Silk Soaps which contain Tussah silk fibers.
HOW LONG WILL MY PRODUCTS STAY FRESH?
As with all natural products; heat, ultraviolet light, and oxygen break down organic soaps. Store your products in a cool dry place away from sunlight if not in active use. You can extend the life of your soaps by using a drainage dish that allows water to drip away. We recommend that you use the products as soon as possible but our products if kept stored properly have a shelf life of 2 years.
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact the Village Soap Factory at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
