Smudge Herb Bundle - Rosemary & Eucalyptus

Description:  Rosemary & Eucalyptus herbal smudge bundle.  Both herbs are a natural purifier and clear the space of negative energies.  Rosemary has the powers of protection and healing while eucalyptus helps clarify thoughts and promote a restful sleep.  Smudging with rosemary & eucalyptus allows for equalimityy of mind and spirit and is a helpful meditation aid.

Directions: Set good intentions, clear the mind, and deeply connect with the sacred energy of the plant. Allow it to burn for about 30 secs to 1 minute and then blow out. Use a feather to blow the smoke and keep the fire burning. Walk around the space to clear the energy, with prayer and/or heart blessings. Once done, place the herb bundle on a fireproof container and allow to go out.
